Temperature: Serve at 15-17ºC.
Color: Vivid red tinges reflecting the color of the fruit.
Nose: The nose is explosively intense and fresh. Aromatically complex with floral notes, creaminess and notes of forest fruits.
Palate: The intensity of the fruit continues on the palater, leaving traces of spice and lightly toasted notes. The balance and straight forwardness are the main characters of the wine. The structure surprises with a long aftertaste and harmonious finish. The wine’s originality is invitingly enjoyable.
Fermentation at 20ºC in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks with 3 daily pump-over’s.
Ageing 5 months in new and 2 year old French oak barrels
